our mission

At Thump Coffee, pastries don’t make the cut unless they’re worth the trip. Our bakers work their magic daily, turning simple ingredients into jaw-dropping creations. Spoiler: they’re made right here, in-house (at our York Roastery & Bakery Café), with equal parts skill, passion, and a refusal to settle for "just okay." Guests are often floored when they find out…we live for those moments. Because for us, a Thump pastry should do more than pair with your coffee; it should make your day.

We take custom bakery orders for your gatherings, celebrations, or just because. Check out our menu and make sure to submit your request at least 3 days before pickup, we’ll take care of the rest.
