John
As General Manager of Thump, John plays an essential role in keeping our team, cafés, and community connected. Since moving to Bend from Michigan in 2021, his warmth and ability to make everyone feel cared for have made him a key part of the Thump family. A lover of hiking and adventure, John’s mission is to serve the community and foster the welcoming vibe that makes Thump more than just a coffee shop.

Coco
Coco, our Head Roaster at Thump Coffee, was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and raised in Baja. He moved to Bend in 2022 with his amazing wife and two daughters and we were lucky enough to have Coco join our team! He loves soccer and motorcycles, he’s an amazing cook and makes great cocktails too. He goes above and beyond with everything he does and his family is the most important thing in his life. We are genuinely grateful for Coco and the quality of his craft at Thump Coffee.
LeeAnne
LeeAnne, our Bakery Manager, discovered her passion for baking at a young age, starting with weekend cinnamon rolls with her family. With over a decade in the profession, she delights in creating and sharing her joy through baked goods. Outside the bakery, LeeAnne enjoys hiking, foraging for wild mushrooms, gardening, and carving block prints. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team.
LiV
Liv, our Café Lead at Thump Downtown, brings more than a decade of coffee experience with a deep respect for craft and the creativity behind every drink she serves. What keeps her in this industry is the same thing that keeps us here: people. Liv believes some of the best connections happen across the counter, over a well-made cup, in the middle of real conversation.
When she’s not behind the bar, you’ll find her on a snowboard or out exploring with her fiancé and their two dogs. She has a natural way of making people feel at ease, and we’re pretty grateful to have her.
Kyra
Meet Kyra, our incredible Café Lead at Thump York! Her positive attitude transforms any space she’s in, and she’s intentional with everything she does. Originally from Medicine Hat, Alberta, Kyra grew up in Houston, TX, and swam competitively at LSU. After college, she and her husband Shane lived and traveled in a van before settling in Bend. She loves biking, hiking, running, and paddleboarding. Kyra’s warmth, leadership, and passion for serving people with purpose make her a standout, and her smile will make you feel instantly at home.
Meg
Meg, our Café Lead at Thump in The Grove, is known for her warmth, steady presence, and genuine love for people. Community-minded, hardworking, and passionate about coffee, she reflects so much of what we value at Thump. Originally from Boulder, Meg moved to Bellingham for college and began her coffee career as a barista in 2019. After years in Washington, she and her partner Eli made the move to Bend in 2024. A lover of running, mountain biking, hiking, and good company, Meg’s kindness and authenticity make her an incredible leader, a welcoming presence, and someone our customers are lucky to know.
Grace
Grace, our Café Lead at Thump in the Central Library, is known for her bright energy, quick wit, and ability to make people feel at home. Warm, joyful, and community-minded, she brings so much of what we value at Thump to every shift. Oregon born and raised, Grace feels most herself in the sunshine, often seeking out new places to camp, from unmarked peaks to quiet creeks. If she’s not working at Thump, there’s a good chance she’s bringing friends in for coffee dates. Grace’s humor, kindness, and genuine spirit make her an incredible leader, a magnetic presence, and someone customers are always glad to see.
Andy
Andy has been a part of the Thump team since 2014, and is our Area Manager, in charge of coffee for our Denver locations. Andy’s love for both the craft of making coffee and the art of caring for all who come through our doors makes him a fantastic leader for our crew. He oversees training and quality control and loves to talk/teach people about coffee.
