About Ren

Growing up in Bend, OR, Ren’s never been able to stray too far away from his hometown. A mountain adventurer of all sorts, as hard as Ren’s tried to get away, he hasn’t been able to find anywhere quite as perfect to call home as Bend. He lends that to the community and amazing recreation opportunities that keep pulling him back. Getting outside on a bike, skis, or with a pair of running shoes on keeps his world spinning. In 2015, he founded the Trail Kooks, a ride and run club catered to those mostly just looking to have a great time outside. For Ren, it's all about providing an environment where people feel comfortable being their genuine selves. Sometimes the gang moves fast and other times they take it slow. Either way, you'll hear the Trail Kooks hooting and hollering the whole time! Thump has become a common meet-up before or after adventures for them, and Ren has enjoyed stepping up his at-home coffee experience with the help of our craft! He strongly appreciates the Thump family and it’s an incredible honor to have him join our passionate group of ambassadors!
